Using Gamer Papi

Gamer Papi is a board game app and website made and operated by APineda Web LLC ("we", "us"). By using the app or gamerpapi.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Papi, the coach

Papi's suggestions come from a chess engine, simple rules and, on supported devices, Apple Intelligence. They're for fun and learning, and they can be wrong. Use your own judgment.

Fair play

• Rated games and real games against friends are coach-free. Don't use another app, engine or person to help you in those games.
• Live View is for practice and casual games. Don't use it in tournaments, rated play or anywhere outside help isn't allowed.
• We may reset ratings, remove games or close accounts that cheat or abuse other players.

Your gamer tag

Gamer tags are public: they appear on the leaderboard and on player pages. Don't pick one that impersonates someone, or that's offensive or hateful. We may rename or remove tags that break this rule.

No gambling

Gamer Papi has no real-money play or betting. Ratings, badges and leaderboards have no cash value.

Limitation of liability

Gamer Papi is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Online play depends on networks and servers that can go down, and games in progress may be lost. To the fullest extent the law allows, APineda Web LLC and its owners are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the app, the website or Papi's suggestions.

Apple

Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app. Game Center, FaceTime and iMessage are Apple services with their own terms.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date above. Using Gamer Papi after a change means you accept the new terms.
